Registering is optional. You don't need an account to try SKlauncher (see the Log in guide).

You do need one if you want to customise your skin and cape.

Sign up

1. Open the SKlauncher site and click Sign in.
2. Choose your sign-up method:
   • Discord: click Login with Discord and follow the prompts.
   • Email: click Register now and follow the prompts.
3. Done. Your SKlauncher account exists.

WARNING

Don't lose access to your Discord or email account. Without it, you can't recover your password.

If you still have access but forgot the password, it's recoverable.

Set up your profile

The account exists, but you still need a profile. That's what defines your in-game username and unlocks skin / cape customisation.

Head to the Customisation page, follow the prompts, then Log in to the launcher.

Picking a username: if it already exists on SKlauncher, you can't reuse it. Some users also check Xyrios to avoid clashing with a Microsoft account.
