I forgot my password
- Go to the SKlauncher site, click Sign in, then Forgot password?.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
If your Discord account uses the same email as your SKlauncher account, you can also click Login with Discord. Useful for the rare case you've forgotten your email too (though Discord itself shows it under your account).

If you've forgotten your email and lost access to it, the account can't be recovered.
That's a good moment to start using a password manager (Bitwarden, KeePass, etc.) so this doesn't happen again.
